Abstract:
Background: According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), more than 43% of adults are overweight, and the obesity rate is increasing quickly in the high-, low- and middle-income countries. Recently obesity is a chronic disease with a multifactorial etiology including genetics, environment, lifestyle, metabolism and behavioral components, and near about 1 in 8 people, including 1 (one) billion people (880 million adults and 159 million adolescents’ children, suffering with obesity due to consumption of ultra-processed foods, changing dietary habits, reduced physical activity, and mobile affinity particularly in urban areas. It causes Cancers, Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases Neurological Degeneration, and Stroke. On the other hand, different natural disaster and activities like COVID 19, lockdowns, Influenza, Monkeypox, and the Nipah, affects on ‘PM POSHAN-Midday Meal’, hampering human civilization; global health and education, research, scientific-technical-research, and well-being, biodiversity conservation, ecological balance, food-producing systems, and climate regulation, enrolment, classroom hunger and malnutrition, socialization, attendance, dropouts and retention rates.
Objectives: To concur, the main objective is to further use of PM POSHAN-Biomedicines Midday Meal with Sports and Games to regulate obesity in school children, regulate ‘World Obesity and Weight Management’.
Materials and Methods: Here, the PM POSHAN-Biomedicines Midday Meal diet is used as a mixture of root and leafy vegetables among students. These are potatoes, carrots, beetroot, and coriander, which are selected as PMPOSHAN-biomedicines and regularly included in the everyday diet in a particular ratio. Different physical exercise (PT) is done during the games class of students.
Results: PMPOSHAN-biomedicines diet with little exercise, achieves different positive impacts; significantly influences obesity, improves overall growth and health, promotes better physical, cognitive, and nutritional outcomes contributing to long-term health and food security.
Conclusion: PMPOSHAN-biomedicines diet with little exercise serves as a preventive natural PMPOSHAN-Vaccine against obesity, malnutrition, many diseases, colds, and flu, including eye problems, improves a sedentary lifestyle with food habits and boosts immunity. It focuses on the convergence of research, innovation, and practical strategies at the "6th Edition of World Obesity and Weight Management Congress 2026" (WOC 2026), under the theme “Global Perspectives on Obesity: Innovation to Impact”. Ultimately, it provides a unique platform for healthcare professionals, nutritionists, endocrinologists, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration in the evolving field of obesity and weight management for better well-being.
