Biography:

Dr. Kia Mitchell, "The Voice for EveryBODY," is a double board-certified physician in Family
Medicine and Obesity Medicine practicing at Families First Medical Group in Jacksonville,
Florida. She is the founder of the International Women's Obesity Network (IWON), a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit advancing women's obesity health equity, and Limitless Me Wellness, an aesthetics,
wellness, and consulting practice. A 2026 HRCI-certified physician, she developed a training
program bridging clinical obesity medicine with workplace policy. Next year, in partnership with
the City of Jacksonville, she is planning the inaugural World Obesity Day of Awareness in the
spring.
